Raw Material Arrival And QC:

The raw material is delivered to the plant where it undergoes quality control (QC) testing in the laboratory. Detailed recipes for the production process are prepared. Shade cards of the prepared recipes are printed and depth of colors is measured so that we get the exact shade.

Testing Batches And Approval:

Initial test batches of each color are prepared, weighing 200 kg, and dispatched for testing on printing machines. Once the tests are successful and meet the required standards, we proceed to bulk production.

Bulk Production:

  • Raw materials are transported to the production plant and loaded into large mixing tanks.
  • The materials are stirred for approximately 3 hours.
  • A sample is then taken from the prepared batch of ink and tested in the laboratory to ensure the desired parameters and ink concentration are met.

First Stage Filtration And Storage:

Upon successful testing, the ink undergoes the first stage filtration process:

  • The ink is passed through a filter housing consisting of three filters.
  • This filtration step removes unwanted particles from the ink.
  • Filtered ink is stored in tanks for further processing.

Second Stage Filtration And Filling:

  • The ink from the storage tanks undergoes a second stage of filtration using a single filter housing.
  • This additional filtration ensures the ink’s purity and quality.
  • The filtered ink is then packed into bottles using automatic weight pumps.

Packaging And Finished Product:

Each bottle is sealed and packed into cotton. At this stage, the ink is considered a finished product, ready for distribution and use.
