DPM

Service agreements are available to extend the protection of your digital machine:

  • DPM Gold Plus: Total Care – complete peace of mind covering your equipment with STAR COLORS Inks including

Heads warranty, Consumables, troubleshooting and preventive services.

  • DPM Gold: All scheduled maintenance is covered by STAR COLORS.
  • DPM Silver: Self-sufficiency – for experienced Customers to maintain the equipment.

Ink Conversions

On-site technicians are available to perform ink conversions to STAR COLORS. This process includes benchmarking the printer prior to the ink conversion and removal of old ink, installation of STAR COLORS and post-conversion proof prints. The conversion may also include light maintenance and mechanical adjustments if needed. The conversion process requires a minimum two-day onsite technical visit by a qualified/authorized STAR COLORS technician.

Print Head Cleaning

STAR COLORS has employed a new cleaning technology, offering an effective solution for Kyocera print heads with obstructed nozzles. This service is designed for industrial print heads such as: Kyocera (600 single channel/300 double channel).

Electronics Development

We provide a complete cycle of electronics design services, for a customized based product development and manufacturing through a 3rd party partner. We develop solutions for digital and analog electronics, especially communication cards, communication cables, PLC programming and repairing services of all the electronics boards, power supplies and drives etc. Many of customized electronic products are working fine in digital printing applications.
